What is the owner responsible for?
We take care of the cleaning, booking, qualifying, staging, maintenance, and payouts of your property. You are responsible for the utilities and proper cooperation with management to assist with any issues if needed.
What happens if my property is damaged?
Airbnb carries a million-dollar policy for every property that is being hosted so you will be protected. Also, there is a security deposit for every stay. Our team of divas are experienced in recovering funds for guest damage.
Am I tied into a certain contract for an amount of time?
You are not bound to our services, because we believe in performance-based results and relationships. We like to structure our relationships with a simple, formal agreement.
How can I be assured I’m paid on time?
Every guest pays in advance for each rental, that way there are no collections; we simply transfer the money to you every month. Monthly payouts are always sent by the 10th of the following month.
